Regulations and Compliance
The transport of passengers in Tourism Vehicles with Driver (VTC) is regulated by the Tourism Code. In France, these vehicles are driven by certified drivers, holders of a professional driver's card and possessing the required qualification.
These skills strictly comply with social and tax laws, as well as the applicable labor law. Vehicles and drivers are subject to regular inspections carried out by the competent authorities.
Our company VIP LIMOUSINE France is a member of the FLA (French Federation of Tourism Vehicles with Driver).
Pricing and General Conditions
The prices indicated are expressed in euros, all taxes included (TTC). They include:
- The driver's service
- The vehicle usage costs
Custom transport services are excluded from these rates and are governed by specific conditions.
The number of passengers and the luggage volume determine the vehicle's capacity.
VIP LIMOUSINE France declines all responsibility in case of non-compliance by the passenger with transport rules. Any fine, criminal sanction, or material and bodily damage resulting from a violation is the sole responsibility of the client.
Service Calculation and Billing
Transfers within Paris and its inner suburbs are billed according to the public pricing schedule of VIP LIMOUSINE France, with no additional charges.
Multiple transport services are billed based on a pre-established quote, taking into account the following elements:
- Type of vehicle
- Hourly rate
- Maximum mileage
- Possible additional fees (tolls, parking, extra kilometers, driver allowances, meals, night services, Sundays or public holidays, etc.)
These additional fees are communicated to the client in advance by the commercial service. They are subject to taxation and do not qualify for any discount or commission.
Booking and Cancellation Conditions
- Any booking not canceled 24 hours before the agreed pickup time or in case of client no-show, the service will be fully billed.
- Cancellation conditions:
- Between 48h and 24h before the service: 75% of the total amount
- Less than 24h before the service: 100% of the total amount
Payment Terms
- Payment for the transport service must be made before execution.
- Any deferred payment must be negotiated in advance with the commercial service.
- Received deposits are non-refundable.
- Any late payment will result in the application of penalties based on three times the legal rate in force, in accordance with the LME law n° 2008-776.
Jurisdiction
In case of dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the Commercial Court of Vienne or any other jurisdiction at the sole discretion of VIP LIMOUSINE France.
